I began writing in 1990 and have written nine metaphysical books and one workbook. I turned 50 in 2010 and decided it was time to self publish my books. In August 2010, Last of the Gnostics was the first book to be published. By January 2012, I will have published six of my nine metaphysical books and one workbook. Hopefully all nine books will eventually be published.

Recently someone questioned why I wrote negative/pessimistic material in my books. Basically their argument was, "Why focus on the negative? You are just helping to manifest it."

My answer was that when I started writing, a lot of the material I was exposed to convinced me that a change point was destined, and that there was very little likelihood it could be avoided. I decided it was better to let people know what was coming so that they could prepare for it.

Now I am glad I wrote both the negative (the change point is going to be very chaotic) and the positive (the end result is going to be peace on earth). In fact, there are going to be two types of people once we reach the change point: those who are in fear of what the future holds, and those who are welcoming the change. If I have led one person into the latter group, then my books have been a success.

I consider myself more of a philosopher than a writer. I just so happens that philosophers also use words. By reading my material I hope that you can get more in touch with your soul. If the material resonates, then you can use the workbook to literally find your soul.

Namaste,

Don Durrret

The Ankh symbol is the oldest known image of a cross. It dates back to the time of Lemuria and is tens of thousands of years old. The Ankh was widely used during ancient Egyptian times, and was considered the symbol of eternal life. It represents the combination of the female and the male. This Ankh includes an array of ancient Egyptian symbols.
